1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and hd333. Access to, and use of, any part of the hd333 platform — including the website, games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers — is conditional upon your full acceptance of these terms. If you are accessing hd333 on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

These terms apply in addition to any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be communicated to you separately on the hd333 platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any game or promotion rule, the more specific rule shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to create an account and participate in any activity on hd333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hd333 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and may request government-issued proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services from your location.
• You must not already hold an existing hd333 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice, with any funds subject to forfeiture.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling online.

hd333 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any stage. Providing false information during registration or at any point thereafter constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of hd333 services, you must create a personal account. The registration process requires you to supply accurate, complete, and current information. hd333 will use this information to verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Never share your login details with another person, including family members.

• Update your personal information promptly if it changes. Outdated information may delay withdrawals and identity verification.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether you authorised it.

Account Verification (KYC)

hd333 is committed to maintaining a safe and transparent platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we may request supporting documents such as a National ID card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hd333 supports a range of local and international payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing funds as convenient as possible for our Bangladesh-based members. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the limits and processing times outlined in the Cashier section of your account.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard channels.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account level and verification status.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by hd333 support.
• hd333 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary between 1 to 5 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hd333 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions — including special offers tied to Bangladeshi festivals such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and the BPL cricket season. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• hd333 reserves the right to cancel, alter, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines the promotion is being misused or exploited.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once (bonus stacking or multi-accounting) is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• hd333 may impose game restrictions on bonus usage. Certain high-RTP or low-margin games may not count towards wagering requirement completion or may count at a reduced rate.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable experience for all users of hd333, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to circumvent our security systems, reverse-engineer our software, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Using automated bots, software scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or claim bonuses in a systematic or non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results, or sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any activity related to illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false information during registration or verification, or impersonating another individual or entity.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.

11. Amendments to Terms

Any dispute arising from your use of the platform shall first be referred to hd333's customer support team for informal resolution. hd333 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. hd333 will cooperate fully with any legally mandated dispute resolution process. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
